Alert to Parents : Parent Rota and SWAP sheet
Again we are experiencing a fall out in the number of parents completing their rota duty - which is prepared based on your stated availability.
Last Saturday 9 parents did not come to the session, only 1 having previously advised they might not make it.
This severely impacted on what we are able to deliver in the session - affecting the development of the young athletes at the club. A great amount of effort and time is put into planning the afternoon session by all the coaching staff, but the execution of the session plan is dependent upon parents helping out as per their stated availability. These absences therefore have a serious bearing on all athletes at the club.
The SWAP sheet is up-dated and posted every week either in the hall or on the notice board at the top of the stairs when we are outside. This provides an opportunity for you to make arrangements when you are unable to complete your turn on the rota.
If you are unable to make the session please advise in advance.
It is difficult to understand, for some quite galling, when your child can be at the session and you are not.
