Alert to Parents : Parent Rota and SWAP sheet
We are experiencing a fall out in the number of parents completing their rota duty - which is prepared based on your stated availability. This directly impacts on what we are able to deliver in the sessions. The SWAP sheet is up-dated and posted every week either in the hall or on the notice board at the top of the stairs when we are outside. This provides an opportunity for you to make arrangements when you are unable to complete your turn on the rota.
Putting your name up for a swap does not however remove any further duty from you to make arrangements should you not be able to attend. The SWAP sheet is a part of the process we introduced to facilitate you making that SWAP. The duty remains with you to make the swap and to inform us you have done so please.
