As the season progresses from 15th June we will be looking to work on specific event skills for each athlete in Ohurougu, Felix and Rudisha training groups. Currently each week these athletes select which event discipline they might follow, allowing a rounded multi event development. From Saturday 15th June all athletes will be asked to select a single event specific training groups with which to train (sprints, endurance, jumps or throws) for the remainder of the term.
Please watch out for forms to complete stating your preferred event group.
U13 Pearson Training Group
Following discussion amongst the coaching team from 15th June the Pearson training group will be training as a single group following a specific multi-event programme to best develop the athletes for the remainder of the season.
